To understand about the hotkeys, it

Well, as your default browser, Safari
Click on IE> Properties> Internet Options> Programs tab> Disable "Tell Me .... > Apply> OK

Open Safari> tab "Edit"> "Preferences ..> General> Default Web Browser Safari> Set> Close

Now your default browser is Safari.

Ok now on hot keys, follow the steps ..
Close all programs
Do you have the shortcut on the desktop? If you do not see, think, EXE Safari copy and paste, right-click the desktop shortcut.

Click on Safari Shortcut> Properties
is in the properties of the safari, what you see, wrote chart link "None"
Move the cursor and click there and a blinking cursor

Press and hold down> CTRL and pressing Ctrl + Alt + S> and now look like Ctrl + Alt + S> Release the Ctrl> Apply> OK

Safari is the key combination Ctrl + Alt + S, and of course you know what to do now.

► Good Luck!

You can try AutoHotkey here: http://www.autohotkey.com/
is very good. Although there is another path through the Windows interface, only a few buttons you can change, but with this program you can use the buttons
