Jim Beam Whisky Is It Possible To Buy A Whole Barrel Of Jim Beam Bourbon?

Is it possible to buy a whole barrel of Jim Beam bourbon? - jim beam whisky

My friend asked her, and wondered if it was still possible. Furthermore, how much would it cost? Finally, the whiskey will continue to age, when the barrel is made or you start to go wrong?

I do not know if Jim Beam sold in large quantities ... but I know it's Jack Daniels ... You can even choose what you want to buy Barrell.

I visited the distillery in Lynchburg, Tennessee, and its amazing. Go ahead, tell him you want to buy a barrel of Jack Daniels, let them try a whiskey from the barrels available that day and select a more. You give them money for all the bottles it to the handful of bottle sizes, which makes everyone, including himself Barrell, in a box and send it to you. Then you sign your name on a plaque in the distillery and Bam, which has become part of history. Many people around the barrels and if I had money I would too.

A fun idea to consider, but ultimately unworkable.
First, the draft would cost hundreds of $ $ $ $ in the whiskey would cost hundreds of others. Finally, the fees could ... forget.
I doubt that the laws of the United States and the ATF permit such a sale, and probabley you need a wholesale license. But Brenner call and ask.

The whiskey barrel for many years. The water evaporates, the concentration of ethanol and flavors. Also in oak whiskey reacts with oak to create other flavors. The most important thing to do is take the barrel cause flavor degradation due to exposure to oxygen.

Once again, it seems a matter of great games, but ultimately not very practical.

If you have money, can do. The barrel is maintained between 150 -180 liters. 180-225 or fifths. You can check the result by the cost of one fifth more than $ 100 or more for a barrel increase. When you get to keep the hole in the cap in a position to continue with age. Leave the plug-hole and the alcohol evaporates with time. Go wrong? How! This Bourbon! But if the alcohol has evaporated, a portion of the water is very expensive.

Now, let's talk reality. What happens in the liver, brain and other organs? After the amount of alcohol seriously deteriorated. I hope you have a lot of other people pay money for medical expenses. Or to pay my taxes for your support!
