I am interested in purchasing a property for my retirement in a remote area in their residence. A portion of the property has a commercial area, only occasionally restaruant and antique store, but most of the property is a house. Besides, I have no intention of running any business, but I would give tenants. Can I still get a loan through a mortgage?
